Presidents Award
The President's Award honors those Toyota Dealerships who excel in all facets of their operations. It is recognition for those Dealerships that continue to go above and beyond at each customer touch point and represent the best of the best. Below are just a few of the requirements to achieve this prestigious award.
Required Achievements
- Region/Private Distributor General Manager nomination is required, in addition to satisfaction of all required achievements.
- Must achieve Vehicle Sales Efficiency at or above 105%.
- Must be meet Toyota Standards in 2 of the following 3 criteria:
- Sales Satisfaction Index
- Service & Parts Satisfaction Index
- Vehicle Delivery Quality
- Must meet the Survey Practice Guidelines
- Sales Retention must meet Toyota Standards Metric.
- Service Retention must meet Toyota Standards Metric.
- Must meet or exceed Net Working Capital requirement 9 of 12 months in 2014.
- Must meet the Advertising Covenant requirements for eligibility during calendar year 2014.
- Certification:
- Must meet Sales Consultant Base Level Staff Count at or above 90%
- Must meet Parts Professional Skill Level Guideline
- Must meet Assistant Service Manager Skill Level Guideline
- Must meet Technician Skill Level Guideline for 9 of 12 months
