Rating: 5. Comment: I really enjoyed my visit to Ralph Hayes toyota. Mr. Johnson was so friendly and thorough with his recommendations to keep my vehicle in good running order. I enjoyed the internet and could do my online school work while I waited. I also liked the coffee and complimentary chips!! The facility is kept very clean and was a real pleasure to visit. Rating: 5. Comment: The gentleman that we worked with, Sammie Brown, was EXCELLENT! He was very helpful, polite, professional and made us feel welcome and free to ask any questions that we had. He is an asset to Ralph Hayes Toyota. I would certainly recommend that anyone purchasing an automobile from Ralph Hayes Toyota ask for Mr. Brown.
